Balancing Hormones and Feeling Fabulous over Thirty-Five

Transforming Menstrual Irregularities into Regular Menstrual Ease

September 11, 18, and 25

Overview: Imbalances in our menstrual cycles can be symptomatic of deeper challenges in our lives, such as stress, nutrition, and inadequate self-care. Many women have been led to believe that their menstrual irregularities are related to “peri-menopause” even in their thirties. While this is true for a small percentage of women, the good news is that most women achieve a healthy, easier cycle through simple lifestyle choices.

In this 3-part class, we will cover the importance of nutrition, stress reduction and self-care in relation to your cycle. Discover and deepen knowledge of the most common herbs for hormonal balancing and how you can use them to have more ease. This class will be a combination of lecture and hands-on projects built into each evening, with herbal goodies for each of you to take home.

Schedule: This class will be held on 3 consecutive Thursday's:

September 11, 18, 25 from 6-9pm each evening.
