Learn the beautiful art of making Cordials + Elixirs

Join Rebecca for an interactive exploration of the art of making herbal cordials and elixirs in a beautiful outdoor setting at the Blue Ridge School of Herbal Medicine! Surrounded by nature and gathered around a warm fire, you’ll learn how to create delightful drinks that nourish both body and spirit.
Most cordials were of European origin, first produced in Italian apothecaries during the Renaissance where the art of distilling was refined during the fifteenth and 16th centuries. Today, Rebecca carries this craft into the modern era, guiding you through the preparation process, from selecting the right herbs, fruits, spices, and energetics to blending flavors.

Making cordials + elixirs is a wonderful and flavorful way to bring herbs into your life. These preparations make great gifts as well!
